Below you will find answers to my most commonly asked questions. If you have a question that is not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact me.
How fit do I have to be?
You don’t have to be fit at all to get started! My classes are designed for all ages and fitness abilities.
What is Mind Body and how do I use it?
Mind Body is a client management software system that I use. As a client you will have your own online profile, which gives you access to the following:
- Your general information and address in case you need to update it;
- Your purchase information: when you will receive your next bill etc;
- Your appointment information: when your next appointment is;
- You can link documents on your profile to share with me confidentially;
- Online booking system to make up classes you’ve missed; and
- Class timetable.

How often do you run your classes?
How often should I train when I am not with you?
Great question! What you do outside of our time together makes a huge difference in your overall progress.
I’m going to guide you in terms of what you need to do outside of our sessions together in order to get your desired end result. Following this guide is critical to achieving your goals.
I recommend for ultimate fitness and weight loss results you aim to move / exercise 5-6 times per week.
I understand doing the “homework” can come with some challenges. If you’re facing any hurdles or roadblocks – as we all sometimes do – come to me so we can develop a strategy to overcome any challenges that you are facing.
Do you work with clients for weight loss?
Absolutely! I am a Certified HPN Holistic Nutrition Coach and I work closely with my weight loss clients to set some goals and work towards achieving them. For further information visit my Online Programme and Nutritional Support page.
Class Policies – what to take, wear, when to arrive?
When to arrive – 5 minutes before class or 10 minutes if it’s your first class.
What to wear – Proper running shoes or cross trainers are to be worn at all times. Choose clothing that is loose and allows free movement. Shorts or tights will be best for you to train in.
What to bring – drink bottle and towel.
Do you remind me if I have a session?
If you train 1 on 1 with me you will receive an email.
If you are registered for your class via Mind Body you will be reminded by SMS or email.

How much do your classes cost?
I offer a variety of rates and packages to suit everyone’s needs. Visit here to see my rates.
How much does personal training cost?
1 on 1 Small Group Training costs $50.00 per half hour session and Small Group Training (2-4 people) costs $30.00 each.
Should I eat before training?
If sessions are early in the morning you will not need to eat before sessions. If you do find you need something, choose something light, for example, a banana.
Can you help me with my nutrition?
