I’ll keep this short and simple….

Eating enough vegetables is one thing…making sure we eat them at enough meals is another! To get the most effective absorption of vitamins and minerals and to ensure optimal digestion it is important to eat vegetables at more meals than just dinner – even if you are eating enough veggies in any given day.

I recommend in addition to the rule of eating at least six fist-sized portions of vegetables per day, to try to have at least three serves of vegetables at both lunch and dinner.

Action:
Always make sure to have vegetables with both lunch and dinner…and breakfast if you can! Make your meals colorful, the more colorful vegetables you have the more nutrients you will take in! Simple 🙂
