A few weeks ago I shared some low carb cauliflower toast options. Today I’m sharing a fabulous quick easy and yummy way that you can use a sweet potato as your toast base option. Slice up a sweet potato (thinly), pop in the toaster and add your toppings! YUMMY! Get your kids doing this and there goes another serving of vegetables into their day. Sure beats the high sugar laden cereals on the market. Have a happy Wednesday!
