Choc granola 2.001







Chocolate Granola, low carb yumminess!

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of pecans
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of dessicated coconut
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 scoops of whey protein powder (chocolate)
1/4 tsp Himalyan Salt
1 large egg white
1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
Pre heat oven to 150 degrees.
Roughly chop all the nuts in food pocessor. Transfer to a bowl, add in coconut, protein powder, salt, cacao powder and salt- mix well.
Add melted coconut oil and egg white – stir well to combined.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet/oven tray and bake for 20 minutes, watch you don’t burn.
Cool and store in air tight container.
Serve with coconut milk, almond milk or full fat plain yoghurt.
