Get2it BootCamp is a programme that will challenge and commit you to make a change! You are guaranteed to see results. If weight loss is your goal then Boot Camp is definitely for you. Individual nutrition plans are provided for all new Boot Campers!

Get Running- is an extra session for those Boot Campers who want to improve their running efficiency with the benefits of a group. The extra session is aimed at improving aerobic endurance, strength and fatigue resistance. The running that is in Boot Camp sessions is designed more for building speed. Building speed before endurance is always the best method of enhancing long-term performance so if improving your running efficiency is your goal you will see more results if you complete all boot camp sessions and Get Running Sessions. You will get an individualized plan for whatever event you want to complete.
Xmas is just around the corner- How do you want to see yourself over summer? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to compete or complete the New World Half Marathon or the Woman’s Triathlon? I guarantee if you join Get2it’s Boot Camp you will be able to achieve your goal and more?

Regardless of your fitness level you will be challenged and you will see changes by the end of the six weeks! All sessions are performed outside. A typical session begins with a warm up jog, there will be hill work, pulling tyres, flipping tyres, burpees, commander crawling……and more. No two sessions will be the same.
It won’t be easy, but once you’ve started you’re committed – attendance is compulsory for three days a week over a six week period. The discipline and routine of each session will help you achieve amazing results.
Your fitness will be measured at the beginning and at the end of the programme. Participants can expect to see marked increases in cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, lean muscle mass, core stability, strength, speed and agility. A fantastic way to make new friends!
Perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors, exercising in a group environment, need a new challenge, a boost or just a little variety in their exercise routine.

Do I need to be extra fit to do a Boot Camp session?
NO! Everyone can join in because the programme is designed for various fitness levels using team and individual exercises. Also remember each session gradually and safely increases over a six week period. You will see results at the end of the six weeks!

Six Week Boot Camp Challenge – Challenges are only run once a term so get in fast for your spot.

Mon and Friday 6.00am—6.45am. Wednesday 6.30 -7.15pm Oliver Park, Redwoodtown.
Get Running Group- This will either be on a Saturday morning or a week night (to be confirmed). Please register your interest for this session as well.
