It is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.

    Went to metafit for the first time today loved it. It was a hard workout but felt great afterwards. It was so great because you can modify it at times when feeling you want to give up which helps you to stay strong throughout. Which also helps is if you have an encouraging instructor as this helps you to stay motivated. I would advise anyone to deffo do this class you will feel great after and even if you’ve never done exercise for a while still a good class as you will see results fast 🏋🏾
